Dyrup is now a part of PPG Industries

Divestment of Dyrup A/S

As announced in Announcement No. 18 dated 17 October 2011, closing of the divestment of Dyrup A/S was agreed as 5 January 2012.

Closing took place today, with the final transfer of Dyrup A/S to PPG on the terms previously announced.
