Announcement No. 21, 2010
Dyrup’s CEO Erik Holm has new job
Erik Holm will be leaving his post as CEO of Dyrup A/S to become Managing Partner of LD Invest Equity and a member of the Executive Board of LD Invest A/S. The final date of Erik Holm’s departure has yet to be fixed, but will be no later than on 31 March 2011.
Erik Holm was appointed as CEO of Dyrup on 1 June 2006 and has been an essential driving force behind the turnaround that Dyrup has undergone, and Dyrup is today far better equipped to meet the challenges in the market.
Anders Colding Friis, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said in that connection: ”Erik Holm has made tremendous efforts for Dyrup, which has become a more streamlined business that is once again profit-making, and we would like to wish him good luck with his new challenges.”
The Board of Directors will now initiate a process to find a new CEO who, together with the rest of the management team, can carry on and develop still further the strategy laid to ensure the company’s continued growth.
Yours faithfully
