The main purpose of competency development at Dyrup is to make sure that our employees have the necessary competencies in order to reach our strategic goals.
We have therefore focused on the fact that the consolidated competencies – managers as well as employees – match the requirements of the organization.
A central point of Dyrups competency development is the Employee Performance Review, where manager and employee plan and agree upon initiatives that meet the needs of and benefits the organization and the employee. The overall purpose of training at Dyrup is to offer our employees the opportunity to attain tools and company values that they can use in their daily work.
We are also aware of the fact that the offered training contributes to the social networking among the employees at Dyrup, therefore it is of great importance that the participants are from different departments with different skills and functions.
